Update a single merchant's live state.
PATCH/api/public/merchants/:merchantNumber/liveState
Onboarding is the initial state. A merchant can only transition from Onboarding to another state, not into Onboarding from any other state. Setting live state to Removed will end all of the merchants offers, deregister all schemes and expire all authorised users. Use with caution!!!
